Vanilla Oats
Add
1 cup of rolled oats
1 cup of almond milk
1/2 cup chopped strawberries
4 spoons strawberry greek yogurt
1 scoop vanilla protein powder
1 tsp vanilla extract
drizzled honey

Avocado Toast
My two favorite types of bread for avocado toast:
- organic white sourdough
- organic rosemary sourdough

I find mine at Wegmans, but sourdough can be acquired at many other places. The reason why I try to mostly eat soyrdough over regular bread is because it's way more nutrious and healthier, containing less gluten and carbs. . It is also more digestable and breaks down gluten quicker so that bloating doesn't occur.
Toast two slices of bread and either slice avocados to put on top OR mash avocados, black pepper, salt, lemon, and everything bagel seasoning in a bowl & use as an avocado spread instead of the slices. I like to add sliced tomatoes, green onions, cilantro, a fried egg, and everything bagel seasoning for a perfect savory breakfast.

Waffles
For savory waffles, slice two strips of turkey bacon into small pieces and cook on stovetop until crispy. When done, crack an egg into the same skillet and fry with salt, pepper, and cilantro. Serve on top of waffle with maple syrup.
For protein waffles, add vanilla or chocolate protein powder to dry mixture and 1 tsp of vanilla extract to wet mixture. Serve with strawberries and syrup!
