My Favorite Protein Bowl :)

Chicken recipe:

Make small slices through the chicken breast & let it marinate overnight in the fridge with olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, pepper, dried basil, red wine vinegar, and a spoon of tomato paste. Grill stovetop the next day with olive oil & slice in strips or cubes if desired.


Black beans & corn: simply tossed on stovetop with salt, pepper, olive oil and chipotle chili powder.
