Avocado Toast Lunch

don't have a big appetite? here's an easy light lunch that's healthy, instead of just snacking on random stuff :)

This is just an inspo post, I always eat light lunches since I have such a big breakfast so I tend to switch the sides around. This is definitely my favorite though, with my go-to salad and avocado toast. Sometimes I even add breakfast potatoes, turkey bacon, or sun dried tomatoes.

cut desired vegetables into small cubes. I tend to use celery, multicolored peppers, cucumbers, radishes, onions, black olives, and sometimes even tomatoes.

Store bought hummus is great, but homemade hummus is amazing & this is my favorite recipe! Makes a good sized container and lasts about 2 weeks in the fridge.
