Easy Meal Preps :)

I'm loaded with college assignments this week so I've had less time to cook. These are the quickest meal preps to make, only took about an hour! & super healthy too
My breakfast go-to is always overnight oats, because its easy, healthy, and packed with protein! For these strawberry vanilla overnight oats, you will need:
1 cup of rolled oats per container
1/2 cup of almond milk
1/2 cup chopped strawberries
4 spoons of vanilla protein yogurt per container
1 serving of vanilla protein powder per container
drizzled honey

optional: 1 tsp of vanilla extract for more of vanilla taste

For lunch/dinner options, an easy go-to is grilled chicken, salad, and potatoes

first chop & boil yellow potatoes for 10 minutes or until soft enough to be pricked with a fork all the way through

add the following spices & roast in oven on high broil for about 15 minutes or until crispy and brown

Meanwhile, toss the chicken in the following spices & grill the chicken stovetop

I usually make salads with spinach and arugula, but I had a lot of lettuce so here's another easy salad option :)


Lastly, I also bought two cans of this soup since it's getting cold out & I'm feeling lazy
It's also a good source of protein & I usually pair it with tortilla strips on top
along with grilled cheese & a salad on the side
