Salad Recipe:

Chop desired vegetables into cubes. May include celery, tomatoes, multi-colored peppers, cucumbers, green onions, red onions, black olives etc.
Dressing includes olive oil, tahini, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
Top with feta :)


makes about 2 cups, enough for an average sized bowl of leftover. Stays good in the fridge for about 2 weeks
